Your Review Counts! Or Does It?

Has your negative review of a Fields Associates Ltd website been removed from Trustpilot? You are not the only one, and Trustpilot have not explained why consumers real negative reviews are too easily removed but fake positive ones stayed up for years.

I placed this review on Fields Data Recovery Trustpilot page – they actually have 2 for FDR UK and FDR US but both are Fields Associates Ltd of Bridgend Wales.

This review has been placed from a competitor who helps the victims of Fields Associates Ltd the company behind brands like Fields Data Recovery – FDR – Rapid Data and Data Recovery Specialists DRS who also operate hard-drive-data-recovery dot co.uk.

I have identified that the Trustpilot score used on FDR and DRS websites is 8.8 only 8.3 on Trustpilot- similarly on Facebook it is 8.7 Trustpilot has not addresed this in over 8 months.

Worse the mechanism for removing genuine negative reviews was by differentiation of www fields-data-recovery dot com and dot co.uk but they now link to the same Trustpilot page.

The removal fake positive reviews and reviewer profiles, and posting fake positive reviews using customer logins / identities also has not been explained by Trustpilot.

The Fields Data Recovery Scam is well documented, but for Trustpilot to allow Fields to falsely advertise the wrong Trustpilot Score shows how Fields have operated.

Since they were caught posting fake negative reviews about their competitors it has been a fact that their various websites have dropped by up to 12 points and would drop more if they were not actively manipulating the removal of real negative reviews.

My Dealings with Fields Data Recovery are almost daily, I am contacted by clients who have been defrauded, misled, and mis informed, I have helped victims of Fields get their money and property back and even sent drivers to their HQ to get consumers and businesses hard drives and server drives from them.

Fields have more than 829 Trading Standard complaints lodged against them with Bridgend Trading Standards, these are only the England and Wales complaints, there are many more from Scotland, Europe and United States.
