For those journalists & researchers looking into the fieldsdatarecoveryscam & Dr Jamie Hamilton Wallis aka James Walsh aka Jamie Wallis MP for Bridgend.

A handful of questions to ask of the "owner" of Fields Holdings.

  1. How did Jamie finance the £5million? Purchase of the Fields Group after his father failed to Sell just Fields Associates Ltd for £3.5million excluding the computer forensics expert witness division run by "Professor" Dr Daryl Hamilton Wallis.

  2. The Trading Standards complaints recorded by ActionFraud - in reality very few who are deceived, defrauded or have their data or property stolen go to trading standards - TS only help consumers from England & Wales - more victims are from Europe and the US. Their complaints are against Fields Associates Ltd - SME companies, schools, charities & self employed are not protected by TS and cannot take on "Fields Law" the in house ISO 9001 complaints management system.

  3. How many actual "Pre Action" Notices has Injunction Direct sent out to scare individuals, businesses and competitors into backing down?

  4. Why did Jamie pay £70,000 to the administrator of the www.data-recovery-blog.com after spending £100,000s on the ex Parte High Court Injunction & Barristers?

  5. How does Fields use Trustpilot to get fake Trustscores?

An interesting article by BuzzFeed but did they ask about why the Trading Standards complaints stopped?

One of the problems for victims of Fields is who to turn to for help.

Action Fraud have failed to take action and most just give up.

The reviews on Trustpilot suggest part of the reason the #fieldsdatarecoveryscam and other data harvesting scams cam go on with impunity.
