I know he assaulted me and used a technique and level of force which was unwarranted and unnecessary.

So the Dick Heads dot com website was put up about a week before I was accidentally assaulted.

A few days later I had set off to a mediation meeting with my solicitor to meet Fields Kate Denley which as we approached Wales was cancelled.

She was later mulcted in court.

In actual fact Daryl had paid his own operations manager £2500 to swear the very same things in an affidavit which was used to mislead judge Eady into ordering the ex Parte HCI against the forum and blog website run by Rowland.

Julia Foster was alleged to have police connections and would bring her husband into the discussions according to the forum posts most likely it was Jamie.

It was clear that the defamation was targeted at me personally and followed the earlier attempts with compare data recovery and other forum posts by "Rosie Pig" from Thailand to damage my operations.

The ex parte HCI was later dismissed.
