It was a busy week with a lot of questions from various journalists/researchers:
There is talk of a news article this weekend on a related back story about Dr. Daryl Hamilton Wallis which Jamie has been trying to cover up.
One journalist mentioned that Jamie Wallis MP has stated he has been offered £1million by Bridgend Council for them wrongly stating the number of Trading Standards enforcement visits.
The ex Parte HCI served on me by Jamie but discontinued came with an undertaking in damages that has never been settled.
When I emailed Jamie about this he brought Daryl into to answer the points I made - Daryl was trying to "negotiate" the purchase of a website as a way of hushing me up.
Fields in house complaints management system is used to cover up the complaints by victims and Ruth Holt would be the place to start.
A question of Injunction Direct / Fields is how many injunctions/pre action notices do they send out a year for their own ends?
Their site said they do 2500 (not that you can believe much that is on their site) www.injunction-direct.com, along with many others it has been taken down.
Dr Jamie Hamilton Wallis now MP is in a much more financially stable position to use his litigious ways and barrister contacts/solicitors.
Clive Rees and Endeavour Laws Robert Smith are also well aware of what they have done to bully victims of Fields into dropping court cases against them.
Clive Rees helped with the affidavit by Lewis Mcghan.
Jamies Father Dr. Daryl Hamilton Wallis was back directing Layoffs / Redundancies before Christmas and the comment was "someone was caught fiddling big at Fields".
Around the same time, Kristofor Jason Powell stepped down as Director / Accountant for all Fields Companies and was Replaced by Jonathan Latchem-Smith (he was the husband of Julia Latchem-Smith).
Julia alleged that Jonathan was being helped by Daryl to avoid child custody payments on a wage of £92/week in Thailand for a comparable job that in the US was Fields advertised at $100,000 per year.
Journalists / Researchers are scaping the surface on this - the Sugar Daddy publicity in Parliament whilst useful to his political rivals is just one of many websites all with content designed to mislead - many have been taken down in the last year especially after I alerted the MOJ and the Claims management regulator that Action Directs Licence fee/scale of operations did not tally with the website claims of 500,000 within months of being sanctioned by The MOJ over the employment tribunals.
There is more interest in the Fieldsdatarecoveryscam itself, bearing in mind Jamies pre-action notice against Bridgend Trading Standards could become interesting considering Lewis Mcghans claims about Trading Standards and ACS Registrars ISO 9001 audits (envelopes of cash, lunches out).
Accounts to look at are All Fields Group companies and those of present and past Directors.
Focus is the monies from Tax Refunds / R&D claims / Welsh Assembly Grants / Yacht / Directors loans / renumeration.
Kristofer Jason Powell previously worked at Clay Shaw Thomas Chartered Accountants.
Richard Cable knows about the financial setup of Fields.
Kate Denley (solicitor) knows how Fields operated.
If there has been fiddling or knowledge of fraud the Chartered Accountant who signs off Fields Accounts should know about it?
